Is Bluey a boy or girl?

I thought we only had one rooster in the spring hatch, but Bluey is looking a little boyish these days. They are 13 weeks old. My rooster already has his comb and waddle. Bluey’s comb is getting a bit more pronounced as they get older. Mixed breeds, Bluey came from a blue egg though! (If that is helpful).

Can you post a closeup of his saddle feathers? I think I see male specific feathering but want to be sure, that said I do think he's a cockerel

I would guess Bluey is a handsome Easter Egger cockerel. He's got a pretty big red comb for a 13 week old.
