Is my coop too small

It looks ok to house 2 hens at NIGHT. As long as it has vents and thye get let out into a run or yard every day for at least like 7-12 hours, aka when it's day.
And that nesting box needs cleaning.

I have 2 big hens and a tiny hen. But their run is small :/ and I clean the coop every week so
