Another concern beyond size is the plastic film I see. Is that styrofoam wrapped in plastic? I wood avoid both plastic film and styrofoam around poultry.I need to ask again because I don’t know where to see my older posts?

Chickens peck EVERYTHING. They'll likely end up eating the plastic and styrofoam, neither of which is of nutritional value at the least. There's risk of crop issues from these materials getting stuck. Also digestive issues possibly. Long term risks are unknown, but plastics are linked to all sorts of health issues such as cancer. I certainly wouldn't want it in my chickens.Oh why
