Chickens peck EVERYTHING. They'll likely end up eating the plastic and styrofoam, neither of which is of nutritional value at the least. There's risk of crop issues from these materials getting stuck. Also digestive issues possibly. Long term risks are unknown, but plastics are linked to all sorts of health issues such as cancer. I certainly wouldn't want it in my chickens.

It looks ok to house 2 hens at NIGHT. As long as it has vents and thye get let out into a run or yard every day for at least like 7-12 hours, aka when it's day.
And that nesting box needs cleaning.

You're in Canada it looks like. It tends to get cold that means. I would recommend cold hardy birds like cochin and brahma to start. Then build a coop that they can stay in during bad cold snaps if needed - at least 4 sqft per bird. More space would be better. It's easy to convert a shed if you have one. Poop boards under a roost for easy cleaning, nest boxes you and the birds can easily access located at a height lower than the roost, and vents near the roof to allow warm moist air out without allowing a draft on the roost area. Check all those things off the list and you should be OK.
