Is pale comb in the Winter seasonal or a concern?

I've got 1 18mo hens. My Cream Legbar is continuing to lay 2-3 eggs a week despite the fact that we have no supplementary lighting. My Plymouth Rock stopped laying entirely about 6 weeks ago.

Today I noticed that the PR's comb has lost a good deal of it's color. Should I be concerned or is this a seasonal thing?

A plump, bright red comb is a sign that a hen is ovulating, so it is perfectly normal that it goes pale and wizened when they are out of lay, during moult and the shorter days. Hopefully she will start to pick up once the winter solstice is passed.
