If it's not lice or mites, could it be something else?

I wish I knew more of what it could be but I dont. Have you tried posting this in the emergency/disease forum? I would do that right away. Someone may know what is going on. How many of your flock have this?

Fiance thinks she looks like this cause the others pick on her a lot, but idk if that is true...?

Could this be from pushing her front up against the fencing? They like to pace and get excited when we get near they tend to get shoved up against it?
