Is this a silkie she has normal feathers growing in?

She/he is 3 weeks old and sold as hatching eggs pure USA silkie. But are these not normal feathers coming in?

Aww, thanks for replying. Stupidly I presumed they didn't grow as an actual feather, every days a learning day. I have two of the cuties, I think the one here is a partridge of some variation and then there is this one, which could also be a lighter grey partridge?? the darker wing colour has only recently been growing in. Was a solid grey colour when hatched. It's great watching them grow and change.
