Is this chick wheaten? How did this happen?

Chick is two weeks old tomorrow. Seems very slow to feather and small compared to all my other chicks but did hatch on day 23 so a couple days behind. Sorry for awful cellphone pics, it's a very old phone.

This is that chicks mother at 10 days old, similar colors so idk, but she did have more cream and some blue in the wing feathers

My pullet went through quite a metamorphosis over time, and I had thought that she was a 'he' because there was so much red across the shoulders (compared to a male in pic here), looking into that I discovered the wheaten gene. I learn more every day 😁

The extra red is from Autosomal Red.
