Is this egg fertilized..?

This morning, I was getting ready to make a goose egg (and chicken egg change) omelet when I saw what I think is a bullseye. I’d like y’all’s opinions on if it is or not. I do hope it’s not, because both of my geese are supposed to be female. I can crack another egg and take better photos if it’s unclear. Thank you!

I don't see a ring around the Germinal disk, so I'd say it isn't fertile. Goose eggs are big. That must be a big omelet.

I hope you’re right. I swear I see a ring in person, so I’m confused. And yes, it was a decently sized omelet haha.

Are you getting two eggs a day? Can you share a picture of your pair? If one is a male it will be a bit bigger and have a longer neck generally.

Sorry, I’m getting 1 egg about every other day haha. These 3 eggs were laid on the 3rd, 4th, and the 6th today.
I’m not sure if I can go by size / neck length. The goose laying the eggs is my African, and the goose that’s meant to be female is my Buff. My Buff is only about 2 lbs heavier last I checked.

Are the eggs similar? It is harder to compare them for what sex they are being different breeds. Even if they are both females they may still try to mate, so seeing that isn't always telling.

I found this picture on another site, not sure if yours are fertile or not. The one looks like it possibly is.

They look fertile to me. The actual ring is hard to see in my geese since there yolk is so dense. But my fertile ones look like that. My non fertile have a small dot with no glow around them.

The question has been answered for me. The answer is.. not fertile! No idea why the ring is there, then?? But my Buff laid 2 eggs?! last night. At least, I believe they’re both hers. 1 is hard shelled, 1 is soft shelled. Both eggs have a bit of blood on the outside, and my Buff has a small blood stain near her vent. Poor girly. My African had the blood as well with her first egg, but it cleared up on its own. I hope laying will get easier for her soon.
