Kat’s Journey into Chicken Keeping

Ducks are growing by leaps and bounds.
Here they are having snack time with the chickens.

Louise and The Queen are the last two remaining of my original flock, and although they are social enough with everyone else, they still tend to hang together.
They roost together like this every night.

The “new birds” have all decided to roost outside the coop on the roost in the run. They argue over position on the roost, but this is where they want to be.
I’m waiting to see what they will do when the weather gets cooler.
