DIY air conditioning like this would probably be the best, but how much effort do you want to put into it and how elaborate do you want to get?

Mine make do with a popup gazebo or two and some Ryobi misting fans.

Sorry you asked about solar fans for your coop as well..

I don't know about all in one fans but I have been looking into IP67 computer case fans, IP67 is water proof and should be dust proof (some IP67 case fans actually state that they are dust proof as well). As computer fans come in 12V or 24V you can set up a 12V or 24V solar panel and a simple charge controller to charge a battery for the fan/fans to run off. As it is your system you can add things like thermal switches so that the fans only come on over a preset temperature and safety features like a voltage regulator if you wish.

Edit: I forgot to mention that wth computer fans airflow is good but static pressure is more important.
