I have a separated turkey hen, Egg, in a pen near my coop while she recovers from a injury due to another Turkey hen. Her wound is healed over but a large scab remains. Recently I noticed Flys swarming around Eggs head (Where the wound is located), they seem to be bothering her a ton causing her to itch and scratch at the scab.

What can I do to prevent the Flys? I have a sprinkler going over Eggs run due to the hot weather, but the water doesn't seem to be chasing the Flys off. I don't want them causing Egg to reopen her wound or get her sick in any way.

I suppose bringing her in is out of the question. That would be the best thing until that heals over completely.

You could try those stinky fly traps but that lowers the number is all and she needs zero flies on her or she could get fly strike.

They make several products for horses, one I know of is an ointment called Swat and the other is some fly-repellent wipes that come in a container like Hilex wipes. I would check with your local farm store and see what all they have as they might have something better than the above.

We get a tremendous number of flies in our coop that come over from the neighbor's horses. We use PT-Alpine. We just spray a dot of it on each wall and leave. The flies are dead within minutes and safe for poultry to eat them.

It's expensive, but lasts for years.
