Lash egg? Ovary?

Looks like an intact Follicle inside of a soft shelled membrane.

I'd go by behavior. The only thing I see that I might be a bit worried over is the exude appearance of the material expelled with it (circled). The exude could be the beginnings of Salpingitis (inflammation of the oviduct) or possibly signs of infection.
I'd see what her next few eggs look like and watch how she acts. IF she passes more exudes or her behavior if off, then I'd get her on an antibiotic. Amoxicillin, Baytril or a Sulfa Drug.

Fwiw - Salpingitis is not really "contagious disease" that is spread through a flock as one may assume as a spreadable disease. However, it's not uncommon for more than one bird in a flock to end up with the condition, but it's not due to it being "contagious".
It is the result/symptom of other factors/diseases/infection (viral or bacterial), such as a history of respiratory disease (which affects the reproductive system) or infection like E. Coli.

Thank goodness! So happy to be wrong. :clap

Also, since we’re worried about developing Salpingitis, I would give Tumeric in golden paste form. It’s a powerful anti inflammatory, and I’ve visually seen the affects of it on myself and horses. Maybe it can help stop possible Salpingitis before it starts.
Even if Salpingitis isn’t a problem, it certainly won’t hurt her. I’d imagine there might be some inflammation just from the blood vessel breaking, so it will only benefit.
Here’s an article on golden paste for dogs. I prefer golden paste since it’s more affective, and can be rolled into a ball which you can pop into a hens beak.
