Lavender Orpington - Frizzle?!

Lavender does something where the hooks on the feathers don't always stick and it makes the feathers look worn and old. It doesn't usually have health issues, it just makes the birds not as nice looking.

My Lavender Orpington, Tiny. She is my house chicken. She was abused and I rescued her when she was about 2 months old and she was all skin and bones... She is now, about 5 months old, healthy and plump all Frizzled or as I have learned, shredded. She is so unique and has the funniest personality. I hope her feathers always stay this way, love um!
