Nothing new on this end besides the normal which is mamas bringing home new babies and waiting at the gate for me. :/ :barnie

Mine get bites on their combs when the mosquitos get bad here.  In the mornings I will find tiny blood spots :(  dried on their combs.  Hazards of living in Louisiana.  I just try to make sure that I don't have any standing water in containers.  Other than that its out of my control.

I got the vanilla scented car dealie that's supposed to keep away flies. I haven't hung them yet bec no flies yet. Also, the fly sticky paper for later. I don't know what effect it will have on Mosquitos. But, my best defense is that I have fans going in the summer and that keeps mosquitoes off of them. Last yeast we had posts of homemade mosquitoe catchers that were supposed to work. I caught as many squirrels as flies with the sticky paper. Lol
