Lucky Pickens Farm

I actually am in the process of hatching some eggs from her right now, mille fleur and porcelain bantam cochins. I ordered them off ebay. She doesn't have any listings right now but I'm sure she will soon. Seller name is luckypickens. Its funny you call them basketballs my bf says that my broody cochin looks like a deflated basketball sitting on the eggs lol.

OMG I can't wait to see pics! And yes, I will absolutely reach out to her for more eggs, esp if she has those colors too! OMG so excited... :D

By the way, these were my kids from her... the first hatch included Gabrielle the high-strung angel, Lucifer (aka Lucy) the ridiculously-tame chowhound who thought she was human, and Roquefort the little gentleman (fierce gentleman - the family I sold him to said he successfully protected his little flock from multiple predators, and got to live the high life for the rest of his days with a small group of ladies in their 3-season porch after an injury from one of those incidents).

Then little Mist, from my second hatch of her eggs, who still lives with me. <3

Lucy "on the job" as my best Chicken Ambassador... she would sit here at events for hours waiting for ppl to pet her and/or give her snacks. :D (And when I would give talks, I could set her on the podium and she'd just hang out there while I gave my presentation. Loved this little bird so much.)

Gabrielle, the "walking peony" according to a friend of mine...

And finally, Roquefort... nicknamed "The Cheese Man" by the family he went to live with. <3

Can I get info on that silver laced bantam? Where to buy? My daughter wants hatching eggs for her birthday.

Here's the pics of the babies I hatched from her on Friday night/ Saturday. Momma didn't come from here though I got her from a hatchery. I will try and update you as they grow.
