Darling Poultry has mostly Brahmas. Feel-N-Froggy has Bantam Cochins in several colors, and a whole bunch of other breeds that escape my mind right now.

If you're near Washington County and just want hardy layers, I have backyard mix pullets ready soon or straight run ready now. They're Brahma/Ameracauna/Orpington and will be big calm birds, most with feathered feet. I breed them for myself as flock replenishment, but the broody mamas have been overachievers this year.

Thank you for the info. Sadly, I'm not near Washington County, but thank you for the offer. Right now, I'm toying with the idea of either hatching my own chicks with my little rose-combed rooster with my little Whiting True Blue hen, or getting some speciality birds and attempting to retire my flock this year. Darling Poultry is closer to my area, so I might look further into them. Thank you again!
 
There's a lost peahen in the Newport area who went missing the day before yesterday. She's an off-white color and possibly friendly. If anyone sees her, please let me know immediately. (This is not my bird, but she belongs to someone I know in that area.)

Edit: The peahen has been found.

Is anyone interested in some free chickens? I've got four 2.5 year old hens and six cockerels who hatched in July that I'm looking to rehome. (I prefer it if they all go together.) Hens are Olive Egger, Whiting True Blue, and Easter Egger. The cockerels are all mixes with their mothers either being Orpington, Whiting True Blue, or Easter Egger.
 
It doesn't look like this is a particularly active thread, but I'm hoping to give away some egg cartons if anyone needs them. I have a small stack of clean used cartons, and an almost full case of brand new cartons. Any takers?

Bingham County with our Aunt who lives on 67 Acres, who has some chickens, & horses.
I'm bringing all the birds, but I'm trying to rehome a couple more Malay stags. I got a home for a pullet. She'll be leaving Thursday.
