Iā€™ll get in on this. This is bacon rapped pork loin I smoked for our Pastors 25th Anniversary at our church. We fed about 75 people with it. It was soo good. I used the fire and smoke society sweet preacher seasoning and used bourbon barrel and hickory chips. I use a Masterbuilt 30ā€ electric smoker.

New member here just finding this thread. Been smoking with a weber smokey mountain for 10ish years now. Absolutely not a master at it but I'm convinced you can't really screw anything up in that smoker so long as your temps are level! Here's a chuck from Sunday.

That looks great.. I've got to get the pit out soon.. going to need some smoke therapy.
 
Never tried them either. I've done beef ribs a few times. Always come out great.

Same here, beef ribs are a favorite! Did some a few weeks ago. Lately I've just been doing all beef "Texas style" just salt and pepper for a rub. I think I prefer it now, plus it keeps things easier.
