So a little back story, my daughter wanted a little Brahma pullet so we got her. She was 10 weeks old then. It’s been about..... a month? Give or take a week.... when we got her I noticed she didn’t have any feathers under her wings. That’s the only place missing any. She still has what feels/looks like down feathers in plenty of places so found that a little odd as well. Anyways, I was told she was molting and I accepted that because We haven’t had any molting yet here so I’ve never personally seen it. Anyways now I’ve noticed she has scabs in a few places, and it seems they are mainly where her bones are a bit more prominent. Like where they poke up some. Does that make any sense? Still no feather growth there. She’s always felt warmer than the others but I don’t see any reason why she’d have a fever? And especially for this long? The whole flock has been on amoxy-Tyl for the last 6 days as well so I would assume if it was infection causing her fever that would take care of it. ( if it is fever....) ( and flock on amoxy-Tyler because a neighbor had a few chickens wonder to our flock and they looked sickly including fowl pox 
. Vet suggested a broad spectrum antibiotic because a couple days later two of our chickens started runny noses and “coughing”. Annnnnnd our flock started showing fowl pox signs about 3 days ago so that’s another freaking worry. .
