Yeh, it feels awful.

I've just had a call from the vet who said Edie's blood isn't clotting so her surgery is not happening - it's too risky. Instead samples are being sent for tests. Red and white blood cells, liver function, kidney function, that sort of thing. I'll pick her up again this afternoon and she'll come home with medication and vit k.

So we have better questions but no answers yet.
