Re-check for lice/mites.
The Gold bird also has a bare back looks like to me.
Loss like that is usually from being mounted. Even if you don't have a rooster, another hen can often mount another in a show of dominance.
Whichever hen is the most pristine - likely the Black one, if probably the culprit for plucking the bottom and mounting the others.
Observe to see what's happening with this flock.
Pinless Peepers on the offender may be a solution. While increasing protein may help in some situations it may not fix a problem like mounting and heavy plucking.
The Gold bird's bottom looks o.k. for now, I don't see any wounds and the skin looks pretty good. However, I'd apply some NuStock cream to her bottom to help protect the skin from poop/urates and the sulfur based cream *might* help deter some plucking of new feather growth.
