Month old chick missing feather

Hi, I have 4 chicks, about a month old and I think they're Black Australorps but I'm not sure, and one of my chicks seems to be missing feathers. I'm new to chickens and I'm not sure if it's just cause they're younger than the rest, if the rest are pecking at them, or if it's an illness. This is the chick (2 images), and also an image (1) comparing that chicks feathers to one of the other ones. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as I'm very worried. Please and thank you. (They also have a brooder cage thing inside, they were just outside for enrichment)

Just growing them in slower. What's the percentage of protein in their feed?

I had them on starter/grower which had 18% protein for a while, then for maybe the past week I've had a new organic starter/grower which is 19% protein.

If you can jump them upto 20% - 22% it may help the slower one abit.

If not a snack of scrambled eggs on occasion will help too.
