My baby chick

I have a chick since two months. And she is still a chick I don't know why... I wasn't giving my chick a proper sunlight. She was in my house since 2 months. I have started taking her out in the morning sunlight a day ago... She is growing on a very slow pace. Recently a week ago she accidentally drank a number of sips of milk tea and now she is reacting horrible. She is barely eating anything and she always sits down. She use to run so fast but she can now barely walk. Someone please help me. Tell me what do I do to save my chick. I would have gone to a vet but there is none near my city. Please help me find any solution to bring her health back.
