My big girl is crowing

Hello, I have 2 pullets, well, I thought they were both girls. I rehomed the cockerels 2 weeks ago. They are 13 weeks old (if the chicken lady I got them from was accurate about their age at 3 weeks) ANYway, Laverne was crowing this morning. Here's a picture, this is a female, right? She's chubby and sweet. I guess what I'm wondering is do pullets crow? Or is this a chubby cockerel?
The last picture shows her sister, Shirley.

Crowing may be primarily a rooster thing, but hens crow, too. I have had numerous hens in my flock crow, and sound exactly like the roosters, except for the loudness.

I see male feathering, I'd like to be sure though.

Examine the tail feathers. If this is a cockerel, you should see emerging curved sickle feather shooting out from the straight tail feathers.

I'm suspicious both are male.
Difficult angle, but I believe I see some nice pointy saddles, and some shiny back feathers too.
