My chicken has a pimple, what is this?

I have two chickens with a pimple near their nose/ beak area. It’s fairly firm and she gets uncomfortable when I try and squeeze it.
It started with one chicken but now two of them have it. I have looked at many chicken diseases but nothing looks like this.
If anyone knows what it is and how I can treat it, please let me know.
I brought the chickens from somewhere where they didn’t treat them particularly well. We’ve had them for about a month and they are now getting all the nutrients and love they need.
mother symptoms they have are the odd sneeze and one of them has a wrinkly eye. I don’t know if these are related or not.

The wrinkly eye is probably just from a past eye injury. I wouldn't worry to much about the "pimple" but I would keep an eye on it.

Being 2 chickens have that pimple, I would wonder too. Do not try to bust it.
