My chicken just got attacked by my dog. HELP!!!

She is in shock. Can you drive? What kind of medical supplies do you already have?
Normal course of action would be to rinse the wound clear of debris and apply neosporin or Vetricyn for anti-microbial purposes. I'd also give her a direct dose of 1mL of NutriDrench for energy.

After initial treatment, she should be kept in a calm, quiet, warm, dark place for recovery. Antibiotics such as PenG can be used to stave off infection but really should be a last resort.
How often do you give the nutridrench my poor rooster is in rough shape but still alive and just seems to be in shock I’ve cleaned all his wounds

Welcome To BYC

This thread is from 2019 so the posters may not respond to your questions.

Can you please tell us more about your rooster?

He's in rough shape, was he attacked? Can you post photos of his wounds?

How did you clean his wounds?

If he's in shock, then you can give him drops of sugar water or if you have poultry nutri-drench, that would be good. For Nutri-Drench you can give 1cc per 3 pounds of weight or it can be mixed with water. (Directions are on the bottle)

Take care syringing fluids that he doesn't aspirate. It's best if he can drink on his own, try holding a cup up to his beak.

Hope he's come around and the wounds are not too bad.

Thank you SO MUCH for getting right back to me…i gave him that medicine mentioned above…i cleaned him with vetericyn and i just gave him some sugar water I’m gonna try posting a video

He’s drinking the regular water i put in syringe for him too
Poor guy!

Are the wounds on his back or is his vent damaged too?
Can he stand at all or move on his own?

You have Vetericyn which is good. Keep his wound sprayed. You can also apply triple antibiotic ointment to his wounds if you need to. Those feathers are sticking a bit, so next time you spray the wound, see if they will pull up so you can trim them.

Keep working on giving him fluids and encourage him to try to drink on his own. Getting through shock takes time.

Looks like he's well loved and snuggled in. I sure hope your sweet boy pulls through this.
