My first time post: My hen seems a crop problem...

Something seems off my hen. It's 11pm on April 3rd.
I willsee how she is tomorrow morning and think what to do.
I guess there are signs of problems of her crop.
acts and observations below.

Facts; 

Breed: W.Leghorn and Ameroucana F1 gen. (200      eggs/yr)
Age: 2.4 yrs old
Test: Coccidia negative in January

Observations;
Egg laying : No problem w shell hardness.
Last laid on Apr.1. Nothing abnormal.
Movement:
Apr.1-3 As usual. Active throughout the day. Nothing abnormal.
Appetive:
Apr. 1-2 As usual.
Apr.3 Eats snacks but doesn't eat pellets. Drinks well.
Poop:
Apr.1 As usual.but little wetty
Apr.2 Seems to have more urea stools(less solids) in the evening
Apr.3 Urea stools throughout the day.
Solids are decreasing.Abnormal.
Crop:
Apr.1-2As usual.
Apr.3 ln the evening, a soft, squishy sensation is felt from upper
esophagus to the crop, but not hard.
*Apr.4 Leave the crop w out food overnight, and check first thing in
the morning to make sure the crop is empty!*

Was her crop empty this morning?

If the crop is not emptying, address that Symptom according to the link below.
Is she lethargic, when is the last time she laid an egg?
When was the last time she was dewormed?
