My hen has no feet

So glad to have found this thread! I have a hen who's feet are "dead", I noticed a couple weeks ago she was walking funny on them and she acts as though they're not there. She's been sleeping in a nestbox instead of perching since then.
The frostbite makes sense, there was one night she wouldn't come into the coop and instead roosted on the axle of our camper! It was cold and as I've never had a chicken get frostbit on wooden perches... I'm guessing the metal conducted too much cold.
She seems healthy in every other way and no one is picking on her.
Do you suppose it's painful though, to be walking on stumps?

We had a hen like that on the farm when I was a kid, not quite that bad though. She got around okay, kind of did a walk-hop walk-hop. My mom named her "No-Toes"!

You may want to try and fix her a swing or hammock like device to sit in at least part of the time. That will give the stubs of her toes a little time to heal.
