My naked neck has a raised sore/lump on her neck is this normal for the breed? What could it possibly be?

Ok so I got all naked necks the last time and they are 3 weeks now and my one girl started off looking the same except now it’s gotten much worse! What did you end up doing that cleared it up? I had to leave for a week so now it’s much worse

Im sorry I've been working overtime and I got brahma and bantam brahma chicks so no time for myself anymore I would use the vetrcyn poultry care spray and then coat liberally in the silver honey antimicrobial ointment it was gone in a few days I did the same for my houdan that scalded herself on the brooder plate.
