I ordered the MPC 25 Pullet Rainbow Special too. Ship date 9/21.
I had them put under substitutes that I was hoping for 5 EE's, 5 Light Brown Leghorns, 5 Speckled Sussex, 5 Plymouth White Leghorns, 5 Silver and/or Golden Laced Wyandottes.
It's so exciting not knowing what I'm getting exactly. Can't wait to get them to figure out what the heck they are (do they tell you what they shipped when you get those 'Specials'?
The first time I only got 10 from the feed store, so 25 is going to be a whole lot of cute, multi-colored fuzzy butts. Can't wait.
I really only wanted some EE's but didn't want to order 25 of them.
I don't plan on keeping all 25. I'll post on this site and Craigslist after I decide which ones to keep and which to part with.
If I just can't bring myself to part with them, then I'll have to convert my other 12' x 12' unused horse stall into a second coop.
