My rooster has red legs (non emergency)

Hi, today I noticed that my rooster has reddish legs. It’s visible from underneath, between the toes, and maybe slightly on top in some places. He is an Ameraucana rooster and he will be one year old at the beginning of May.


I know there could be several reasons for this — do you have any idea? Thank you for your reply.

To me that looks like the normal pink color that birds who are fertile look. I would look closely at his foot pads to see if he has any cuts or dark scabs of bumble foot. Post pictures.
