My leghorn rooster looks like something punctured or poked his eyelid but on the other side of his face is extremely swollen I'm syringing his electrolytes and gave him mashed food and giving him eye medication and antibiotics. Is there anything else I can do for him

Could you post any pictures of his face and the swelling? Do you have another rooster who might have fought with him! Does he have any bubbles or foam in either eye, or any respiratory symptoms?

No bubbles or foam and the respiratory issues went away before this happened and no there's no other rooster

The swelling can be common from MG (mycoplasma,) from a peck wound or sting. If he was acting a little under the weather, another chicken could have pecked him. They can be a little mean if one is acting off. Since he may be lethargic and not seeing well, I would (2-3 times a day) hold up a small cup or tuna can with wet chicken feed, egg, or even canned cat food or tuna that has a little extra water to keep him from not eating. I had one once who only had a swollen eyelid, and I treated him with Tylosin for and it well down in 2 days. Dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water for 3-5 days. Here is where you may find Tylosin online:
