Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advise. Sadly, we are moving and can't bring our 4 chickens (2 RIR and 2 BSL) and a male Pekin duck with us (all 1 yr old). We are having a hard time finding someone who can take them. If anyone has ideas on where we could try to find them a home, I'd greatly appreciate the help! Or if anyone is able to take them please let me know! We are in the South Jersey area - Salem County. You can even have the coops if you need them! We just want to see them go to a good home! The chickens are really great layers and he is a wonderful protector. Sadly, his female counterpart past away so we'd love to see him go to a home with other ducks!

Hi,

I am looking to see how much people pay for their chicken permits in towns around Nj. I live in Woodbridge and they have recently raised our fee from $35.00 to $75.00 for 5 chickens. I am going to a council meeting to address this issue. I would like to know what everyone else pays and for how many. Thank you for your assistance.
