Pasty butt is usually caused when they get overheated. Just make sure the temp at the floor of your brooder to start is 90- 95F and bring it down by 5 every week. Keep the heat to one end, and food/water to the other. They need to have a cooler area in case they get hot.

Bumblefoot is something I've never dealt with, but it's usually only adult chickens get it sometimes due to their terrain usually, or if they have to jump down from high roosts.
