"Nogg" chicken house-RIDICULOUS!

Interesting idea...egg shaped coop. But definitely too small, and uncleanable from what it shows. I avoid cedar, but have heard that it is usable if properly dried and ventilated. I predict that one or more of our handyfolk on here will take the concept and run with it. How long do you think it will be before we are treated to pics of a larger more practical version? Anxious to see it.

I WANT ONE !!!!!

Before everyone goes mocking, you have to remember, back yards in England are generally much smaller than here (i grew up in England for the first 21 years of my life), think the 21st century "zero lot" house cookie cutted and built over and over here in CA. So, a small chicken house that can fit comfortably in a small back yard, sleep two chickens is the perfect way to keep food organic, pests under control and a small amount of the family food sustainable.

Nobody on that website suggests that the chickens live in there 24/7, and to lay and sleep, that egg shaped thing is fine!

If you read the instructions, you can remove the "lid" therefore clean it out by turning it upside down into the garbage. Come on guys, dont be so "americancentic" on a website that attracts people from all corners of the earth!
