Nutritional Requirements - Ducks vs Chickens

There have definitely been studies that bird fed bread get angel wing. I found quite a number of those. Bread isn't particularly high in protein, it is high in carbohydrates. High caloric intake is linked to faster growth from what I've read, and that is definitely a factor in AW.
We need to gather up all of the studies!

Bashing on All Flock and Flock Raiser because they're too high in protein doesn't make sense.
I agree.

The link between protein and AW is anecdotal
Agree. 27% here and no angel wing.

the link between bread and AW is pretty definitive.
I would like to see some of those studies if you can find them. :D

I blend a mix of chicken start 24%( cause I had 40lbs left), Purina flock raiser crumbles, rolled oats, wheat bran, grits, white proso millet, black oil sun flower seeds, and Brewers yeast. I feed it straight up to my mix flock free choice and also fermented. I give them peas, zucchini, cucumbers, and tomato scrapes left over from my restaurant. I also spike there water with ACV and occasionally liquid vitamin B from TSC. They free range all day and have never had any issues.

So for ducks we have data for age ranges:
0-2 weeks
2-7 weeks and then
Breeder

Chickens we have
0-6 weeks
6-12 weeks
12-18 weeks
18 +

Should I include both white and brown layer numbers?
