I used the entire container up, but based on the actual amount of niacin in the yeast, I went ahead and supplemented with powdered Vitamin B3 capsules in their water. I believe that I was adding about 4,000mg per two gallons of water. Niacin and B3 are synonymous. I just use B3 now and skip the yeast.How did it turn out, and did you continue to use it?
