Question bakin' - do you use heat treated pallet wood or generic pallet wood? I'm extending my chicken house #2 right now. I'm putting heat treated wood on the bottom and the regular stuff up higher where they won't be able to peck at it. Curious on your method,

The pallets are for the pig pen, and I use whatever is available, I will get a picture later

I was hoping our Trader Joes would have fertile leghorn eggs but it seems to be just a California thing

Our local grocery store sells fertile eggs, but they are brown so I don't think that they would be leghorns....
