Oddly Shaped Egg - Should I Be Concerned?

I am currently away on vacation and the boy that is taking care of my girls sent me the attached photo of the eggs he collected today. One of my EEs apparently laid this large, long egg today. She's young, about 6 months old. She's never laid an egg like this before. Should I be concerned? Is there anything I need to do or have him do to help her? It worries me because I came home to a dead, egg bound EE hen about a week ago.

Nothing to be concerned about..... all sort of oddities can occur in the course of assembly for an egg

I have one that lays Double yokers sometimes. So far no problems. I've had her a little over a year.

Woo, poor girl! Ha. My EE laid an egg just like that a couple days ago (she's a new layer). She took the next day off and then laid just fine yesterday. I'm sure it's just a double yolker that dropped in during the production cycle. =)
