One of my hens found a spot in my yard where I couldn't find her for days, for a week or so our other hens would go somewhere to lay their eggs as well and they've been all laying their eggs in this hidden place, where I found my hen broody on top of them, there was about 30 eggs if not more, some may have even been a month old already or so. I candled each and every one of them, some were rotten so I threw them away immediatelly, some were fine but I didn't want to risk eating them without knowing how long they've been there so we boiled those that seemes fine and gave them away to chickens as a treat, there were however few of them that were fertilized so I moved them along with the hen, 15 days later one of them has already hatched and one is pipping, the problem is that there are four more eggs and I dont know how long it will take them to hatch, I assume it will take at least a few more days since two that were under her were not fertilized at the time I found her and I may have put one egg from my friendliest hen around her so gor at least one of them it will take full 21 days to hatch. Now the problem is do I move this chick and the one that will hatch tonight away, (I have a place ready for them nothing to worry about) so that the hen will continue to sit on her other eggs, eventually once they're all done hatching I plan on returning them to her.

Will this plan work and will she continue sitting on her other eggs for the next 6 days? That's what I'm worried about

Apologies to everyone for grammatical errors if there are any, It's almost midnight and I'm exhausted, posting this rn here in the emergency because I didn't have any free time to do so during the day and because I'm hoping to get an answer before I wake up so that I can proceeed with the plan early in the morning before my schedule gets busy

She most likely will continue to sit another 48 hours and stop since she has already seen the one hatch. I wouldn’t take her chicks away hens are not robots without any care. They want their chicks and become attached especially when they are this young. Removing them will cause the hen distress.

I wouldn't remove the hatched chick. I would let her decide how long she sits for and not force the issue. She may well get off the nest with the chick and leave the rest of the eggs. It's a chance one takes with staggered hatches. and sitting broodies in general. Some people grab the fertile eggs as soon as the hen stops sitting and hatch them in an incubator. One is then left with a possible problem of the hen not accepting the chicks and the chick the hen hatched will have a massive advantage in food, warmth etc.
Relax and let her get on with it. If you lose a few fertile eggs, so be it.
