I have not heard of yellow barred chickens, we have Niederrheiner in Germany that are yellow-colombian barred, but I have not seen any chickens that are yellow barred, I think it is because the background is the wheat color, wheat colored barred is a difficult matter because it is very blurry. It may be that yellow barred is not possible.
