Panicking! Advice please!!!!

I can’t see any definite veins in your picture. It’s probably safe to completely free it’s head as long as you keep checking for veins as you work. If you see him pushing hard against the membrane that’s another sign he really wants to push out. I’m going to bed soon but if I wake up in the night I’ll check

The shell isn't attached to the membrane there but I carefully removed some small chips just in case and saturated the membrane. The membrane moved away from his head a bit. I can see his bill us between his shoulder and some other body part. It looks like a shoulder but not sure how that could be. I stopped because he started moving his mouth. No blood. Pic attached.

If I remove more membrane he may very well burst out and given he moved his mouth without chirping ....I am worried could be yoke still. Thoughts?

If you don’t see any veins he’s probably not still absorbing yolk but I can’t tell for sure. He sure looks jammed in there. Maybe wait another hour or 2 and then remove more shell?
