OK, as you can see I'm a real newbie lol! So I had one of my chicks quarantined, and I just brought her back to the flock, she's only been gone a few days but her friends are picking on her! They keep biting her face, she is fighting back. Do I need to separate them? Or is this normal pecking order activity?

It's normal for the situation. Yes, just 3 days can make the bird a 'stranger'.
As long as no blood is drawn and target bird is not being pinned down and beaten unmercilessly...let them work it out.
In future isolate bird within sight of flock.

Why was bird isolated...injury, illness?
Sometimes the flock will attack a bird that is not well.
