I definitely love the idea. Do you just feed then once a day then or like some in the morning and some in the evening. I think my chickens are going to be bord. They eat ALL day lol

Yup they will think their little world is ending. Lol poor little boogers can't seem to get enough food. No matter what it is. If it's in my hand it must be food.

One more question. Do you put the lid on the bucket and seal it or use cheesecloth or no lid?

I see a few flies and once in a while a gnat or two. The feed does get the white or gray film on the top. I just stir that in and feed the chickens.
