So, I posted a similar title a few weeks ago. My duck turned out to have a sprain. Yours seems very different though, so I’m thinking bumblefoot. My duck’s ankle was swollen and very warm. He did not have any discoloration like the black dots on yours. Either way I would start with Epsom salt bath soaks.

This was mine:

We keep a pretty close eye on our crowd, as they are living in the house because of Bird Flu. We are treating one duck that has early signs with Green Goo, a very good general treatment, Dermasol, which is recommended as a cure all by our vets, who specialise in birds and a sulphonamide-based antiseptic. This seems to be have a therapeutic effect.

Hope this helps.

Update: I have been soaking her feet in an Epsom salt bath daily. We have easy access to 2 TSC, 2 Murdoch's and a Big R, although all of them have been out of antibiotics for 6 weeks. Using Vetercyn spray, Blu-Kote, Liquid B Complex and electrolytes. I know it looks like bumblefoot, but has never felt hot (or even warm). No "scab" to remove and all spots are spongy except the middle one (left photo below, middle digit where her foot is swollen) which is pretty hard. Wrapping her foot daily and keeping her out of the pool. She still holds it up some and lays down more often, but is otherwise getting around just fine and eating and drinking normally. I've peeled some of the skin since there is no scab and it's just white (left photo, top digit). The Blu-Kote makes it a little harder to see what is under there. Any thoughts on next steps?
