If it's eating and drinking and pooping normally, and the poop looks normal I'd say she's probably just resting. Each baby has their own personality. It might be little cold and just snuggling into itself to try and keep warm. What is the temperature in your brooder? Does the chick run or move when you go to pick it up?

We don’t have a brooder plate or lamp due to them being all sold out in stores, I use a heat pad I used for my chicks I had before. And yes my chicks does move and run when I pick it up

I would say the baby is cold. I've never used a heating pad so I'm unsure how they work. Is it one made for chicks or people? I know they make a heat pad for chicks. Do you have a thermometer to check the temperature in the brooder? I feel like the heat pad would keep feet warm but not the chick. Some chicks can't handle the cold like others and if it's a loner it more than likely isn't snuggling with the other for warmth.
