Looks like a red sex link or white rock mix cockerel.
Most of my roosters began crowing well before 5 months. I've even heard of cockerel chicks starting to crow at 4 weeks old!It's kind of blurry: another pic would be helpful. But Roos don't start crowing until about 5-6 months. Also, a polish roo's crest goes more up and out: a hens goes up, around and Down, making a sort of ball shape

As i posted this 2 of my chickens crowed !!! You were right on the polish and the one I posted hasn't roo' d yet and another started to roo . Ugh so i may have 3 !
