I have two of each. White and wc polish. But I have no clue how to sex them

I think both white crested blacks are pullets. Those are easier to tell because they don't have beards like the white ones do, so you can judge them by wattle size and color.

The white ones are going to take more time. At this point they have no redness on the facial skin or comb that I can see, but the shapes of their crests are giving me cockerel vibes. So I would give them two or three more weeks, and then re-evaluate.

Sounds good. The whites are suppose to be a pair.
