I know a lot of boots my age who are HUGE dudes now. Used to be cut and sexy as hell. They kept their "scarf everything and don't breathe between bites" eating habits and never stopped, but with the freedom to eat anything at their disposal and no fitness, they just... expanded.
Yep. I changed my eating habits. I rarely ever eat fast food. Sometimes that makes me feel sick too.
What's that country song I'm not as good as I once was or something? The wife is still happy with looking at me but I'll have to keep up with it. Bad habits & let it go you'll never get back.

Called it!

Also, it's just a better grade of mayonnaise... if someone told me to try the new Heinz Ketchup sweetened with honey because "it's amazing", I wouldn't expect it to be actually amazing. BTW, that honey ketchup is pretty good.

The only amazing condiment is Chick-fil-A sauce, and don't start blaspheming with any negativity about it.

Does it smell like soap, too?? Like if you pick it, and rub the moisture from the cut plant on your fingers and smell. Does it smell like herb or does it smell like soap?
It's probably been close to 15 years since I tried it, but I seem to recall a soapy, antiseptic, rancid garbage smell... definitely not just limited to soap.

Whoa!

I do not have the gene for cilantro-is-soap. I have some in my yard. It smells like fresh cut grass, citrusy but not like juice more like zest or pith.

Yeah that makes sense! I don’t think cold turkey would work for me but I might have to make it work because there isn’t really such a thing as moderation for me 🤣 I’m constantly snacking and especially lately I’ve started binging a lot which I never really did before or at least not as bad so I think I need to just toss everything like all the junk we have and start over. I am bad about buying Dollar Tree or grocery store snacks. Recently I’ve been on a massive Coca Cola kick  but that stuff is HORRIBLE for the body so I’ve been working on it. My willpower is zero 🤣
Dawg, don't waste food, even disgusting food! Just stop buying more.
Your palette really changes when you do a diet overhaul. 7 years ago I started intermittent fasting and cut bread, pasta, rice and as much overprocessed stuff as I could. Then I started power lifting, and my diet changed again, much more refined. .8g protein per pound of body weight daily. It equates to essentially 3/4 of a whole rotisserie chicken and however many fresh vegetables I can stuff in after that. Preworkout half a banana. Little room for much else for a 124 pound woman. After 4 years of this I tried a "high test" mountain dew and I had to spit it in the drain. Tastes like concentrated sugar syrup squeezed from an alien worm ass.
Funny you mention it, that exact routine is what I'm doing. :highfive: I haven't cut rice, but that's essentially the last starchy food regularly in my diet. I'm not an expert on weights yet but I have a decent routine going—well, I've been insanely busy these last few weeks, so I haven't been too consistent with that.

What do folks do with that stuff?
I put Mayo on my subs and sandwiches and stuff and depending on the sandwich, sometimes other sauces with it too. Usually more sauce than sandwich, I admit. :lau

I also put Mayo in tuna. I actually really like spicy mayo aka adding hot sauce to it. 😁

Spicy tuna is delicious hahah I also use it on egg sandwiches and fried eggs and even grilled cheese. Grilled cheese and spicy Mayo is the best thing ever. I discovered this recently. :lau I like it better than with tomato soup. but it has to be the gooey melty Kraft singles or Borden’s type cheese.

I also love mayo and ketchup on burgers. Regular mayo though. Haven’t tried spicy mayo on that yet.

Primal Kitchen makes a Chipotle Lime mayo that is great and I used to love but now it’s way too spicy for me. :lau

I prefer my hot sauce mayo now. It has to be fluffy mayo though like Hellman’s. The super wet stuff like Cains would be no good with it. Texas Pete is great in it.
