For about a month now, one of my hens (Orpington, ~5 years old) has dealt with a recurring dirty butt. Her feces has been a bit pasty and greenish + light yellow. She's acted and eaten normally but is the bottom of the pecking order; the boss hen demands her to move away from food often. Her butt has been consistently cleaned. Clean water and layer feed are always available and the flock gets mealworms, scratch, or greens about twice a week. She hasn't laid yet this year, but she is around 5.

A week ago, my worst fear happened— she got flystrike one night and had to be brought inside. We got all maggots off and since then by soaking, since then she's been inside healing. There's a 2 inch wide open wound on her butt that's been slowly scabbing over. It's treated daily with Vetericyn spray. Her face and comb are very red and she's eating and pooping on a regular basis. Her tail is up too. Haven't seen her display any lethargy or symptoms of eggbinding.

The diarrhea still persists, though, and it's still a light (but not neon) brownish-green-yellow and watery with slightly solid bits occasionally. Wondering if this could be from stress or something else? Maybe worms?

This is her most recent stool.
